Health and Safety Precautions for Concerts and Events

Chicago a cappella is committed to the health and safety of our audiences, singers, and staff. All policies, including ticketing and attendance, are subject to change. COVID-19 protocols and attendance requirements will be communicated to you via email prior to your event.
Face Masks
Face masks are welcome and strongly encouraged at Chicago a cappella concerts, but not required at this time. Free face masks will be available at all concerts. Our singers, who are vaccinated and undergoing a strict testing regimen, will not wear masks during the performances.
Vaccination
At this time, we will not be checking vaccination status of our guests.
Ticket Delivery
Exchange Policy
Patrons who are not feeling well, are exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms, or have had or been exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, should not attend any Chicago a cappella event. If you are unable to attend a performance, you are encouraged to contact us to request an exchange or refund.
Risk Assumption, Compliance, Agreement
Although we are taking measures to reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19, we are unable to eliminate all risk of exposure. By attending a Chicago a cappella event, you acknowledge that you accept this risk and that you will abide by the protocols and restrictions as dictated by Chicago a cappella at the time of the event. You also agree not to attend if you have experienced symptoms of, have tested positive for, or have been in close contact (as defined by the CDC) with anyone who experienced symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days preceding the event.
